The weather was bad so wasn't able to do or see much, however, the next day was beautiful and I was able to get out and do some shopping. You can ride your bike from Atlantic City to Ventnor. The beaches are clean, and the boardwalk is improving. You don't have to spend your time inside. The beach is lovely. The ocean was delectable.JoyUnited States - Scored 1010

People watch your kids. Open your eyes the tram car goes back and forth. Look up and down. The boardwalk is marked with yellow likes where they are to be. Look up instead of looking at you phone you night see them comming.

Atlantic City's boardwalk is too seedy to befit the city's great traditions. It needs a world-class all-season amusement park and other facilities/kiddie arcades/attractions to draw more families with children. The boardwalk at Wildwood is actually a LOT more fun for all involved, except the hookers and the gamblers.

I worked here as a casino dealer in the 80's. The place has gone downhill but on par with most East Coast and West coast cities. The Jersey shore is a great place and that it includes Atlantic City but times are tough. Weak people cayse tough times and the tough times make strong people. This to shall pass. Enjoy Atlantic City.

You don't really have to go out of the hotel for entertainment. One end of the Tropicana opens on to the Atlantic City boardwalk. So great location. Overall great experience. I stayed in the West Tower. That is pretty close to where all the action is at the hotel. Some of the other towers with hotel rooms seemed to be a bit of a walk away.AAnonymousSri Lanka
