OFFICERS searching for missing teenager Jack Adams are pleased to confirm that they have been found.
Jack – who is also known as Grace and G – was last seen at around 1.30pm on Tuesday June 25 near to Poole bus station.
Following enquiries and searches by officers, Jack has been found.
A spokesperson for Dorset Police said: "We would like to thank everyone who shared our appeal."
