Keith Metters

President

Keith was appointed to lead Fidelity International as President in March 2024. Having joined in early 2020, Keith previously led Fidelity International’s Global Workplace Investing business, and more recently its wider Global Platform Solutions business. He spent over 20 years at Fidelity Investments in the US in a variety of roles, culminating in leading its Workplace Investing Core Market division. Prior to joining Fidelity Investments, he served in various finance and strategy roles in the telecommunications industry and was an Infantry Officer in the United States Army.

Anne Richards

Vice Chair

Anne was appointed Vice Chair of Fidelity International in March 2024, having previously served as Chief Executive Officer since 2018. Anne has worked in the asset management industry since 1992, including over two decades as an analyst, portfolio manager and CIO. Her career path spans many blue-chip global names in our industry, including Alliance Capital, JP Morgan, Merrill Lynch Investment Managers and Aberdeen Asset Management.

Derek Young

President, Japan

Head of ISS Client Propositions

Derek became President of Fidelity International’s Japan operations in 2019. He is President and Representative Director at FIL Investments (Japan) Limited the asset management arm, as well as FIL Securities (Japan) K.K. which provides investment products and services to Japanese individual investors. Derek also serves as Head of Fidelity’s ISS Client Propositions team. Prior to joining Fidelity investments in 1996, he held senior roles at KPMG and the Federal Reserve Board.

Rajeev Mittal

Managing Director, Asia Pacific (ex-Japan)

Rajeev joined Fidelity International in 2019 and is responsible for our distribution business and overall strategy in the region, where we have a range of wholesale, institutional and retail clients served through our offices in Seoul, Taipei, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, Sydney and a number of satellite offices. Rajeev sits in the Global Operating Committee and chairs the Asia Operating Committee. Prior to joining Fidelity, Rajeev was CEO, Asia Pacific for PineBridge Investments.

Andrew Wells

Vice Chairman, Fidelity Canada

Andrew has over 20 years’ experience at Fidelity International, having joined in 1996. He is responsible for our business and investment management activities in Canada, which brings together three Canadian-focused and based businesses - Fidelity Investments Canada, Fidelity Clearing Canada, and the Canadian investment team - under a unified organisational structure dedicated to the Canadian marketplace. Andrew also currently oversees Fidelity’s Fixed Income, Multi Asset and Private Assets capabilities.

Stuart Warner

Head of Global Platform Solutions

Stuart was appointed head of Fidelity’s Global Platform Solutions in May 2024. He was previously Fidelity’s Global Head of Technology and Enterprise Services and has held a number of roles within Technology, supporting a wide range of business areas, including Fund Accounting, Trading, Fixed Income, Portfolio Management and Retail Distribution. He began his career as a programmer before moving into programme management and consultancy, prior to joining Fidelity in 2007.
