So when I see images of this quality, taken in places of this beauty, of animals in this spirit ... I, like Jutta, am in awe. I have not met Andy, and my own images do not hold a candle to the quality you will find here ... yet Andy has taken the time out to comment on a photo of my own, and leave some words of encouragement. Wow. That's impressive. Take the time to enjoy these images of Africa. They will move you. To the core.

I hate to play favorites about anyone or anything, but in this case I have to say that Andy is right up on top of my list. Each and everyone of his photos of wildlife in its natural habitat is a gem. Obviously his photos are technically perfect, but to me they are much, much more. He shows such a love and sensitivity to his subjects that is very special and important for all of us to see. I am in awe of this man's mastery. He presents what I aspire to. Of course, living in Africa doesn't hurt ;-) Andy, you keep on shooting and I keep on watching and learning. Jutta
