A vacancy has arisen for a Senior Account Manager position in the Global UK & Ireland Team. Based in our Cardiff, London or Birmingham office and reporting to a Global Manager in the UK & Ireland Team, the purpose of the role is to manage and grow a portfolio of existing and new Global accounts, whilst providing the highest standard of service and expertise to customers worldwide. Our customers are truly global and therefore both domestic and international travel will be required for this role.

The successful candidate should have first class organisational skills and have the ability to manage strategic partnerships at a high-level, while working well under pressure.

Highly developed interpersonal and presentation skill are vital together with a confident and persuasive manner, since the role also requires expertise in setting the agenda and leading negotiations at senior level both internally and externally.

Previous business experience in customer facing roles and managing a portfolio of customers is important.

A strong understanding of the business environment and creativity in finding the right solutions for customers is key.

We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), and a strong command of Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Teams)
