Full Job Description

  • Supporting both the sales and finance teams, assisting the vehicle sales process for both new and used vehicles

  • Liaise with CX team on finance payouts / Returns / Refunds / Same day handover's /

  • Create Proof of collections & Proof of deliveries for part exchanges to bring them into stock

  • Create a Handover into Manpack / handheld device for same day handover

  • Organise Movements down to site for customer reserves

  • Book stock into system when it arrives from a transporter through IMS

  • Same Day Handover checks -

    • + HPI Check
    + V Check
    + Dealer Alert Check
    + Stripe Payments Clearance

  • Previous administration experience with a proven ability to multi-task and enjoy following process

  • Strong IT skills, including MS Excel (Kerridge experience is preferable but not essential)

  • Excellent attention to detail, a can-do attitude and strong organisational skills are essential for this role

  • Comfortable working on digital systems and communicating with customers both over the phone and on email
