Full Job Description

To drive positive turnover and profit growth for the stores within their region. Deliver exceptional customer service, display standards and operational efficiency; according to the company's policies & procedures., · Developing and delivering a regional business plan, maximising profitability and growth whilst minimising potential risks

· Carrying out impactful store visits regularly, identifying key successes and areas for improvement; leaving actions to be taken and ensuring follow up

· Lead, support and develop Store Managers to ensure high standards in selling, customer service and product knowledge.

· Lead, coach and influence the teams to achieve KPIs and brand standards, ensuring consistency across the entire retail estate.

· Successful management of your stores' profit and loss

· Be instrumental in delivering initiatives to maximise sales, efficiency, productivity and customer service

· Securing a customer focused culture in your region, driving an exceptional level of service, consistent across all stores

· Lead the way with employee engagement, it's crucial that the colleagues in your region feel motivated and supported in their roles

· Inspiring and empowering the store teams to reach their full potential

· Recruiting the BEST talent into the business and supporting your teams to recruit the BEST people to contribute to the success of their stores

· Champion progression and development through effective talent mapping, curating a fantastic succession plan and implementing this to nurture great internal talent.

· Partnering with the Buying and Merchandising teams to maximise the stock package for each store, establishing effective lines of communication to influence future activity or feedback any issues

· Driving visual brand excellence across the stores, establishing the importance of VM guideline compliance whilst ensuring the management are executing commercial decisions to maximise profitability in store

· Undertake all HR actions and investigations across the region, according to the company policy and on direction of the Retail Director.

· Acts as a trouble shooter for underperforming stores and work with the store team to turn this around.

· Leads by example at all times when on the sales floor.

· Remains constantly aware of our competitors and regularly feeds back their activities to the head office team.

We're looking for a talented and dynamic Regional Manager with a track record of delivering exceptional results with a real 'people focus'., · A genuine affinity with our brand and our values

· An established career as an Area or Regional Manager with experience gained in the Retail, Leisure or Hospitality sectors or at least an accomplished Sales/Store Manager with a track record in exceeding sales targets and KPI's

· Exceptional business acumen with a real passion for delivering results

· Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels

· To be fantastic at motivating and developing people to deliver high performing teams

· A keen eye for detail and a flare for VM

· The ability to make decisions efficiently with confidence

· To hold a full UK driving licence

· Able to work remotely and regularly away from home

· Customer focused

· Target oriented and driven to succeed financially

· Able to lead a team by example

· Organized and able to plan own work and that of others

· Works well under pressure

· Able to analyse data and action accordingly
