Asset Appraisal Officer

As the Asset Appraisal Officer, you will primarily be responsible for driving our hugely important void options appraisal programme. Engaging with teams across the business you will take referrals of void properties to be appraised and gather data and insight to complete options appraisals recommending whether we retain or dispose of the asset. Continually looking to drive efficiency and effortless services, you will track performance and identify ways we can improve appraisal delivery to minimise the time that properties are left empty.

You will also support of the programme of options appraisals of larger groups of homes and wider work of the team including involvement in the delivery of asset optimisation projects, growth projects, portfolio reviews and asset management strategies and approaches.

Ideally you may have experience of working in social housing and asset management, and in undertaking property options appraisals but this is not essential.
