Full Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Property Manager to join our busy Block Management team. The ideal candidate will support the Property Managers with both pro-active and re-active maintenance, ensuring efficient operations and excellent client satisfaction.

Block management is the management of all matters related to the common parts of blocks of flats and other residential properties with shared grounds to ensure a high quality of maintenance and provide knowledge on best practice and health and safety matters. Candidates with residential property management experience will find this an interesting but challenging transition and are encouraged to apply., Conduct regular property inspections and address maintenance issues promptly
- Assisting with the full range of leasehold property management duties, including service charge budgeting, buildings insurance provision and major works management (s.20 consultation)
- Organising contractors to deal with maintenance issues
- Pro-actively engaging with leaseholders and stakeholders to promote high standards of client care
- Collaborate with the property manager to develop and implement property budgets
- Utilize MRI Qube software for property management tasks
- Uphold phone etiquette standards when communicating with leaseholders, stakeholders and team members
- Arranging compliance reports and dealing with actions

- Meeting contractors, leaseholders and clients as required
- Provide administrative support as needed, Please note - the role involves visiting sites within our portfolio and therefore a full driving licence and own vehicle is essential.

Previous experience in property management or estate agency is desirable
- Proficiency in data entry and office tasks
- Strong administrative & organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills,
