Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor

This is a full-time role for a Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor supporting our Stoke and West Midlands Offices. They will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with social housing clients as well as tendering and delivering other projects across Stoke and West Midlands. Normal duties include cost control, BOQ, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. Responsible for coordinating with key stakeholders to ensure successful project completion and will also be responsible for developing assistant commercial colleagues.

• Experience with cost control, BOQ, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting


• Strong project management and coordination skills


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Ability to work independently and as well as in a team environment


• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field (desirable but not essential)


• Proven track record of working on varied projects across the property maintenance part of the industry
