Full Job Description

What matters to the people we support matters to us. It's their life, their way.

We are looking for someone to join our fantastic team in Buckingham, supporting one gentleman in his own home with complex needs who requires extra support to achieve goals. Do you enjoy going out in the local community? Are you a big movie fan? Then we want to hear from you.

You will be supporting in his home, so it's important you can engage, share moments and make memories.

This is a Bank role with a variety of shifts available across the week, including long days, alternate weekends and some sleep-in shifts as needed.

So, if you enjoy building meaningful relationships and think you could plan, communicate and deliver support with and alongside people, then this is the place for you.

Affinity Trust does not presently hold a Sponsorship Licence and while this status is reviewed regularly there is no present proposal to apply for such a Licence., Supporting people is really important but it's not all shopping trips and movies. We also support people to take medication, assist with personal care, make healthy lifestyle choices and maintain their home in a way they feel safe, well and happy.

Do you like getting out in the community? Are you social? Do you like interacting with others? Are you able to support independence?

Are you calm; do you have a calming personality?, Disability Confident
