Broking Manager

We are looking for a Broking Manager to join us in our Leeds office. This is the perfect role for someone to build and maintain strong relationships and develop strategic partnerships with clients, colleagues and key insurance carriers.

What we need you to do:

• To build and maintain an excellent rapport with our clients, providers and colleagues


• Attend client and insurer meetings in partnership with the client service teams to assist in explaining complex insurance arrangements


• Build and maintain strong relationships and develop strategic partnerships with key insurers whilst negotiating to achieve the best terms and deliver a first class service for clients


• Act as the reference point for advice and technical expertise to the internal client servicing teams


• Build strong relationships with insurers


• Managing a team of brokers including team leader


• Dealing with corporate, mid corporate and SME clients where required


• Attending monthly board meetings
  
  Proven experience of commercial insurance broking


• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously


• Cert CII qualified and working towards ACII is desirable, Are you Cert CII qualified and working towards ACII is desirable?, Commercial Insurance broking: 1 year (required)
