Responsibilities:

Collaborate with our design team to create bespoke seating solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Ensure designs are efficient in use of materials, with a focus on reducing waste, in line with our sustainability goals.

Engage in product development, leveraging your skills in CAD software to bring innovative ideas to life.

This position is not just about making soft seating furniture; it's about creating spaces where people can sit, work, and relax comfortably.

• Fluent in english written and spoken


• Proficient in SolidWorks with the ability to create detailed 2D and 3D models.


• Knowledge of Alphacam and Accumark software is a plus but not essential.


• Experience or a background in joinery or upholstery is highly desirable.


• Ability to generate cutting lists and manage project documentation effectively.


• Strong skills in Excel and Microsoft Office.


• A commitment to sustainability and eco-friendly design practices aligning with Rhubarb Seating's ethos.
