Key Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate care to individuals in their homes, including personal care, meal preparation, medication assistance, and companionship.
Work flexible split shifts totalling 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings.
Support social inclusion and promote independence for our clients.

Minimum 1 year of experience in health or social care.
Valid UK driving licence.
