Full Job Description

Techcited Ltd is seeking a skilled and motivated CloudOps Engineer to join our client's dynamic Enterprise Operations Centre (EOC) team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in cloud operations, infrastructure management, and related areas, with a strong focus on Azure. This role involves managing and maintaining the cloud infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, performance, and security. The successful candidate will work on a 24/7 shift pattern, with an expectation of being in the office for 2 days every month.
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support cloud infrastructure, primarily on Azure.

  • Perform advanced scripting (PowerShell, etc.) to automate cloud operations and tasks.

  • Provide Citrix support and manage Citrix imaging.

  • Support Windows Server environments and manage Windows Domain Services (Active Directory).

  • Implement and manage Veeam backup solutions, including advanced configurations.

  • Oversee Azure AVD (Azure Virtual Desktop) and VMware VDI support and patching.

  • Configure and manage Group Policy Objects (GPO).

  • Handle DHCP, DNS, and CloudFlare configurations and management.

  • Administer O365, Exchange, and Intune environments.

  • Utilize Microsoft Partner Portal for various administrative tasks.

  • Perform SQL database administration.

  • Support CyberArk for standard user management.

  • Manage and perform Azure backups and ensure data protection.

  • Use Forcepoint, xClarity, Duo, Zerto, VMware, FSLogix, and Altris tools for various operations.

    Azure Associate Certification (Main requirement).

  • Proven experience in Citrix support and imaging.

  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server support and Active Directory.

  • Proficiency in advanced scripting, particularly with PowerShell.

  • Experience in Veeam backup management and advanced configurations.

  • Hands-on experience with Azure AVD and VMware VDI support.

  • Familiarity with Group Policy Objects (GPO), DHCP, DNS, and CloudFlare.

  • Experience with O365, Exchange, and Intune administration.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Partner Portal.

  • SQL administration skills.

  • Experience with CyberArk (standard users).

  • Proficiency in both Azure basic and advanced skills, including backups.

  • Experience with Forcepoint, xClarity, Duo, Zerto, VMware, FSLogix, and Altris.

  • Candidates must be willing to work in the office for 2 days every month as part of a 24/7 shift pattern.

    Competitive salary up to £50,000 per annum depending on experience.
