    In this role, you'll work towards your Level 3 Content Creator Apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

    A Typical Day in the Job:

  • Liaise directly with clients over email and in person to support their content requirements, forging strong relationships in the process.

  • Creation of design assets for digital and print media, including social media graphics, one-pagers, brochures, presentations and more.

  • Responsible for the design and copy for the monthly KERV newsletter

  • Assist the Social Media Marketing Manager with video content for LinkedIn and TikTok.

  • Assist the Social Media Marketing Manager with managing the proofing of clients' content through project management tools (Teamwork, Trello etc).

  • Assist the Social Media Marketing Manager with engaging with clients' audiences on their social media platforms (liking, replying to comments etc).

  • Working closely with the Social Media Marketing Manager to analyse website and social media analytics to make recommendations or inform future decisions around campaigns and strategy.

  • Support the Marketing team with publishing content to clients' websites via their relevant CMS.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet client specifications and brand guidelines.

  • Support the development of visual concepts and design layouts including planning for various marketing campaigns and initiatives.

  • Participate in team sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance design and content.

  • Utilise your creative license to spearhead independent projects, where you can contribute your unique perspective.

  • Maintain and organise design files, ensuring they are easily accessible and up to date.

  • Help ensure consistency and quality in all design outputs across the KERV portfolio.

  • Stay updated with design and visual trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve content creation skills and knowledge.

  • Assist with ad-hoc design tasks and projects as needed.

  • Managing and maintenance of the KERVcast (podcast) including the planning documentation (scripts etc), working within budgets and post edit.


  • Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

  • A keen interest in graphic design, visual content and the delivery of it with a desire to pursue a career in the field.

  • Basic knowledge of graphic design principles, design and video software (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite -Premier Pro, Photoshop or Illustrator or InDesign, PowerPoint).

  • Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms including TikTok and LinkedIn.

  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and effective designs.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to take direction and collaborate effectively.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • A portfolio showcasing design work or relevant coursework is a plus., You must have the right to work in the UK, and valid residency status to apply for this apprenticeship.

    Monday to Friday - 08:30 AM - 5:30PM

  • 1 hour lunch

  • £16,000 - £18,000 per annum
