Cosmetic Production Apprentice

As a Cosmetic Formulation Apprentice at KANZEN Skincare, you will be an integral part of our product development team. You will work closely with experienced chemists and formulation scientists to develop, test, and refine skincare products. This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in cosmetic science, learn about industry regulations, and contribute to the creation of innovative skincare solutions., Assist in the formulation and development of skincare products, including creams, lotions, serums, and cleansers.

- Conduct laboratory tests and experiments to evaluate the efficacy and stability of formulations.

- Support the preparation of samples for stability and compatibility testing.

- Maintain detailed and accurate records of experiments, formulations, and test results.

- Participate in sensory evaluations and product testing panels.

- Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure all products meet safety and regulatory standards.

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new ingredients, and technologies in cosmetic science.

- Assist in the sourcing and evaluation of raw materials.

- Help maintain laboratory equipment and ensure a clean and organised workspace.

A strong interest in science and skincare formulation.

- Basic understanding of chemistry and biology; a background in cosmetic science, chemistry, or a related field is preferred.

- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
