ERMORSIORE, a reputable company based in Manchester, is seeking a compassionate and solution-oriented Customer Care Representative to join our dedicated team. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.,

  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

  • Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.

  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.

  • Documentation: Record customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents as necessary.

  • Feedback Management: Gather customer feedback and communicate it to the relevant departments for continuous improvement.

  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction and address any ongoing issues.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to provide seamless customer service and support.

  • Policy Adherence: Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

    Previous experience in a customer service or customer care role is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Empathy and patience in handling customer interactions.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus.
