Full Job Description

The Sales & Customer Service Advisor role works within our Tiger Sheds Team and reports to the Tiger Sales and Customer Service Manager.,

  • Taking ownership of inbound customer sales and service enquires by phone, email and webchat

  • Direct contact with customers, resolving each query and delivering customer excellence

  • Using our internal IT systems to resolve sales and customer service queries

  • Supporting the Tiger team to meet customer demand

  • Understanding customer requirements to provide accurate quotes in a timely manner

  • Deliver VIP service through customer interaction

    Minimum two years experience within a similar customer service role

  • Experience in delivering excellent customer service

  • Positive and motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and can-do attitude

  • Handle all communication with internal and external customers in a clear, professional and timely manner

  • Excellent IT literacy, numeracy, and communication skills are vital in this role

  • Must have the ability to work efficiently with systems and processes

  • Ability to use your initiative to meet daily targets

  • Five days, 40 hours per week; permanent contract

  • Shift Pattern - Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

  • Annual leave entitlement of 28 days (inclusive of bank holidays) Contact Centre may be open on certain bank holidays for which you may be required to work. Lieu days will be provided in this case.
