Full Job Description

  • Customer Interaction: Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in-person and over the phone.

  • Sales Generation: Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs, driving sales and achieving sales targets.

  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and address customer inquiries effectively.

  • Customer Support: Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • Order Processing: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.

  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.

  • Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales and customer interactions using CRM software.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve team sales goals.

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales techniques and customer service.
