Full Job Description
- Multi-drop deliveries, parcels of varying size and weight (up to 23kg max)
- Self-employed sub-contractor basis
- Load your van with your day's parcels
- Use GPS technology to locate the correct delivery location
- Use a delivery device to complete deliveries accurately, safely and to the required standards
- Provide excellent customer service at all times, polite and professional in all dealings with customers, colleagues and warehouse staff
- Maintain a safety-first approach and comply with expected PPE standards
- Able to be proactive in solving problems on the road
Right to work in the UK - Full manual UK/EU driving licence held for at least 1 year
- Maximum 6 penalty points on licence - no DR, DG, IN or TT endorsement codes
- Pass a criminal background check, paid for by us
- Pass a Drug & Alcohol screening, paid for by us
- Be able to commute to BS35 (Severnbeach) to collect van each day, Delivery driver: 1 year (preferred)
- Driving: 1 year (required)
- Driving Licence held for at least 12 months (required)
We are seeking keen and hard-working individuals to join our team and help us Deliver Excellence in and around the county as we launch a new contract in AUG 2024! - Fast-paced and physical
- Variable start times
- Delivering to houses, flats and businesses as required
- Typically working 9 hours per day, £117.00 per day (+VAT if registered) - no additional costs to you
- Weekly pay, 2 weeks in arrears
- Planned start August 4th (earlier starters will be Swindon based until launch)
- Flexible working days, including weekends
- Well-equipped van provided during work shifts
- Uniform, fuel, insurance and delivery device provided at no cost to driver
- Safe working conditions
- Comprehensive large vehicle & on road safety training (1 day paid)

- Routes and parcels pre-sorted, just load and go
