Microwave Delivery Specialist

Manchester

We are seeking a highly skilled Microwave Delivery Specialist to join our team in Manchester. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in End-to-End Transmission Delivery and will oversee the process from planning to installation, ensuring a seamless customer experience for Mobile Network Operator (MNO) customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate network requirements, manage stock, generate purchase orders, and facilitate link installations.

  • Collaborate with Senior Manager and stakeholders to enhance Transmission customer experience for MNO customers.

  • Drive milestone progress and reduce delivery times by identifying and addressing blockers or delays.

  • Support Mobile Infrastructure Delivery teams to meet customer and business KPIs.

  • Utilize data analysis to identify process improvements.

  • Act as the MW Technical Expert for Planning and Delivery teams.

  • Serve as the escalation point for customer issues/queries.

  • Review live MW link performances with Operations.

  • Demonstrate knowledge of MBNL Transmission planning toolset, processes, and procedures.

  • Be recognized as the technical go-to person for Transmission deployment, including 5G.

  • Proven experience in Transmission planning and Microwave delivery.

  • Knowledge of MBNL Transmission planning toolset and procedures.

  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
