Full Job Description

As a rapidly growing agency, with clients based both in the UK and US, we're on the hunt for an experienced Digital Account Manager to oversee campaign delivery and strategic growth for a selection of our key enterprise clients.

You will be responsible for leading the agency's relationship with a portfolio of B2B and B2C accounts, taking the lead on key digital initiatives, reporting on and being directly accountable for campaign success. You will work with our dynamic, cutting edge delivery team to meet brand and lead generation goals through a suite of digital and traditional tactics, including: SEO, PPC, CRO, content marketing and more.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the uncompromising standards we set for ourselves. Day-to-day duties may include:

  • Overseeing multichannel strategy creation, implementation and execution for clients.

  • Acting as the primary, day-to-day contact for accounts under your supervision.

  • Managing client budgets and producing accurate, objective reports on spend allocation.

  • Attending weekly, monthly, and quarterly catch-up and reporting sessions with clients.

  • Creating and controlling timelines within Accelo, our project management suite.

  • Managing resources to ensure efficient project execution.

  • Implementing agile delivery methods to meet strict deadlines on time and within budget.

  • Delivering detailed monthly, quarterly and annual reports for clients and internal teams.

  • Contributing to campaign activation, auditing results and providing feedback and action plans.

  • Identifying and managing new opportunities for upselling, reselling and client expansion.

  • Supporting the growth and development of Invanity team members - both new and existing.

    Minimum three years' experience in digital marketing or similar agency account management.

  • Demonstrated history of successful project management and campaign development.

  • Provable experience creating and implementing GTM or lead generation strategies.

  • A solid understanding of Paid Media (PPC, Paid Social, Display) and SEO.

  • Experience within CRMs, Google Analytics, Search Console and other key digital reporting tools.

  • An ambitious, positive outlook and a confident demeanour that maintains client confidence.

  • Excellent organisation, time management and leadership qualities.

  • An analytical, inquisitive approach, with a passion for doing the right thing, not the easiest thing.

  • Experience within Accelo, Monday.com, Clickup, or an equivalent project management system., PPC/SEO: 3 years (required)

  • Digital Marketing: 3 years (required)

  • Account management: 3 years (required)

  • working on Project Management System (Accelo or equivalent): 3 years (required)
