Full Job Description

Marketing is one of the most creative industries there is, calling for a constant stream of new ideas and innovative ways of telling a story. This role means you will continually look for creative ways to promote the Estate and its brands, thinking outside the box and helping stay ahead of the competition and curve. The Digital Marketing Executive will report to the Estate's Brand & Marketing Manager and will be responsible for the overall digital marketing strategy, including digital marketing campaigns, digital advertising, website management, PPC and organic and paid social media strategy. They will plan, deliver, and monitor the success of digital marketing campaigns closely to measure and monitor and measure their effectiveness. They will have a broad range of tasks and varied responsibilities including managing third party agencies to deliver the marketing plan and strategy whilst delivering a strong return on investment.

  • Preferably 2+ years' experience in a Digital Marketing role

  • Marketing or Digital Communications qualification, or relevant equivalent experience

  • Educated to degree level and have proven experience planning and executing 360 digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engage guests through the sales funnel to generate revenue

  • Strong experience in managing websites using a Content Management System, WordPress or equivalent

  • Good experience creating performance reports and management dashboards using platforms such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or other marketing analytics platforms

  • Proven working experience in a fast-paced marketing team

  • Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms to delivery digital marketing campaigns such as email campaigns and event management

  • Strong knowledge of website analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GSC)

  • Monitoring, reporting and analytical skills to evaluate marketing campaigns

  • Researching skills to discover and keep ahead of trends in the market

  • Strong verbal communication skills for articulating ideas to colleagues and client

  • Excellent written communication skills for producing high quality content

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Creative thinker

  • The ability to work independently and flexibly

  • The capacity to prioritise and work across multiple projects

  • The ability to work as part of a team

    The role is office based, and is a full time contract of 40 hours per week (9am - 5.30pm including a 1/2 hour break). You'll also be required to provide social media monitoring outside of these hours on a rota basis, shared with the team.
