Drivers Mate

We are seeking a Driver Helper to join our dedicated team responsible for maintaining our waste management site. The Driver Helper will work alongside our drivers to ensure efficient waste collection, loading, and site maintenance operations. This role is essential in helping us meet our environmental and sustainability goals.,

• Assist the driver in the safe operation of collection vehicles.


• Collect waste materials from designated areas.


• Load and unload waste containers.


• Ensure waste materials are securely and correctly stored in collection vehicles.


• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the site.


• Help drivers navigate routes and manage schedules.


• Report any safety or operational issues to the supervisor.


• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
  
  Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.


• A valid driver's license is advantageous but not required.


• Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects.


• Strong communication and teamwork skills.


• Commitment to safety and following safety protocols
