Full Job Description
- Ensure all aspects safety, personnel hygiene and customer site rules are adhered to.
- Ensuring all delivery and collection notes and paperwork are correct.
- Provide accurate paperwork relevant to debriefing of allocated jobs.
- Ensure all transport legislation including driver's hours and vehicle defect reporting is adhered to.
- To ensure that all company health & safety policies are adhered to by you and others at all times.
- To carry out any other reasonable request as detailed by the Transport Management Team.
- Maintain cleanliness of company vehicles.
A current and valid HGV Licence. - An understanding of the law relating to driver's hours regulations and Tachograph is essential as is the ability to work with minimum supervision, DCPC hours essential.
- Strong communication skills, with both our customers and office team.
- Flexible, punctual and reliable approach to work.
- A Team player., HGV: 1 year (preferred)
- STGO Driving: 1 year (preferred)
- European Driving: 1 year (preferred)
- Flatbed driving: 1 year (preferred)
Insight Trans Logistics Ltd is an international logistics company that operates throughout Europe, with a head office in Worcestershire, UK. We offer the transportation for a variety of cargo from abnormal loads to groupage. We are currently looking for a full time European HGV driver to join our expanding and developing team of drivers. This role involves working in the UK and Europe and occasionally even further afield.
