  • The Export Sales Executive will build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, ensuring a smooth customer journey from initial enquiry through to order completion.

    Our export business is responsible for around 50% of our annual turnover. Therefore attention to detail, excellent communication and customer-focus are essential to protect and grow this business.

    The Export Sales executive will oversee the end-to-end export process. This includes managing enquiries, sourcing products and technical data as needed, requesting quotations from suppliers, building costings for customers, order processing and export documentation. You will work closely with our Customer Service and Supply Chain departments, ensuring high standards for both suppliers and customers.,
  • Manage the Sales Order Processing function for export customers.

  • Accurate exchange of information between sales and the operations functions.

  • Ensure that delivery documentation is accurate, complete and complies with relevant regulatory requirements.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with freight and shipping partners to ensure that customer delivery commitments are met.

    Good level of general education.


  • Good communication skills, happy to speak with international contacts via email and phone.

    Keen, proactive, responsive and communicative. Able to multi-task.

    Able to build good relationships with customers - reliable and personable.
