Front of House Team Member

At Churchfields we pride ourselves on our high standard of customer service, Farm Fun, exceptional quality home cooked food and, of course, our ice cream!, Interacting with customers, whether this be meeting/ greeting at the door, taking orders or checking on tables, working on the Fun Farm etc

Handling card payments.

Preparing drinks - Barista experience would be beneficial.

Preparing ice creams and sundaes.

Taking food to and clearing tables.

Assisting in the opening & closing of the business.

Keeping work stations clean and following hygiene procedures in line with current government guidelines

Completing stock checks with the team and replenishing stock

Any other duties your supervisor requires assistance with.

We are seeking individuals who are friendly, enthusiastic, able to work within a fast paced environment and who work well under pressure!

The right candidate would be someone who meets all of the above and can work well in a team, or who can be left on their own to meet the same high standards. Above all the right candidate must have a passion for customer service and a sense of fun!, Experience / qualification working in a fast paced food environment / coffee shop / visitor attraction is required.

Experience in customer facing role.

We are looking for part time team members (22 hrs split over 3 days - 2 days per week plus 1 day on the weekend or 16 hrs spilt over 2 days - 1 day in the week plus 1 day on the weekend)

Shifts can fall between:
Monday - Sunday 8am - 6pm and occasional evenings.

The rota is organised to suit the business/customer needs and therefore will include weekend working.

Having your own transport is essential as we are based in semi rural Worcestershire countryside without good access to public transport links.

Rate of pay starting from national minimum - over 16s only please.

Pay: £6.40-£11.44 per hour
