Fulfilment Executive

· Oversee order fulfilment through various platforms and courier partners.

· Ensure smooth daily operations by collaborating closely with warehouse and customer service teams.

· Maintain close communication and coordination with all stakeholders to ensure effective execution.

· Manage inventory/stock and maintain traceability records.

· Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to address customer needs and enhance the overall customer experience.

· Contribute to the development of customer success strategies and initiatives to drive customer loyalty and retention.

· Identify and recommend improvements to fulfilment processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

· Manage the entire order fulfilment process from order receipt to delivery.

· Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.

· Process documents and labels for the warehouse team for pick and pack orders.
