Full Job Description

True Potential is expanding, so you will join us during a sustained period of growth. You will join our True Potential Administration (TPA) team, where you will be required to focus on the Due Diligence side of the business. You may be required to assist with TPA Fund Operations and/or Investment Operations as necessary and as instructed by TPA Senior Management., Due Diligence on external parties:

  • Carry out TPA's due diligence processes in line with Governance, Risk and Operations policies and procedures.

  • Monitor and foster third-party relationships.

  • Co-ordinate and assist in conducting due diligence oversight of third-party service providers.

  • Assist TPA Senior Management in identifying due diligence priorities.

  • Assist Senior Management in designing suitable due diligence programmes and questionnaires.

  • Provide initial Input, preparation and evaluation of due diligence information.

  • Conduct external due diligence visits alongside TPA Senior Management when required.

  • Draft initial due diligence reports and information as required by TPA Senior Management


  • Due Diligence on TPA:
  • Act as main point of contact for external parties carrying out due diligence on TPA.

  • Gather all information required by external parties carrying out due diligence on TPA, liaising with individuals and departments within TP Group as necessary

  • Foster strong internal relationships within TP Group.

  • Develop a good level of knowledge of key individuals and departments within TP Group.


  • General:
  • When requested by TPA Senior Management, assist with TPA Fund Operations and/or Investment Operations.

  • Ensure that tasks are completed timeously, accurately, and in accordance with relevant procedures.

  • Review procedures and tasks as required.

  • Develop a good level of understanding of the TPA range of funds whilst gaining/improving associated industry knowledge.

  • Demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures, ensuring that TPA is fully compliant and reflects industry best practice.

  • Pro-actively seek to improve TPA processes.

  • Fulfil the requirements of the TPA training plan and/or maintain current level of professional competence as appropriate.

  • Support the TPA Senior Management and other TPA Operations team members with other functions, activities and projects as required.

    Desired skills/qualities are below:

  • Excellent organisational skills and time management.

  • A good level of IT proficiency is required, in particular with regards to Word, Excel and Powerpoint, as well as proficiency in both Mathematics and English.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including report writing.

  • Ability to work unsupervised or as part of a team.

  • Ability to work with people at all levels.

  • A genuine interest in investments/finance and be prepared to undertake professional qualifications if not currently held.

  • Pro-active, can do, hardworking attitude.

  • The ability to solve problems using own initiative.

  • An ability to work accurately and to deadlines., Fund Analysis: 1 year (preferred)
