General Assistant

As a General Assistant you will be working behind the scenes to help our hotel operations run smoothly. Your role is shared between Housekeeping and Food & Beverage. In Housekeeping you will make sure the rooms are clean and tidy, ready to welcome our guests. In Food & Beverage you will make sure that the kitchen is clean, washing and sterilising is done, bins are emptied and also help with the mis-en-place.,
