Full Job Description
- Drive the ongoing development of our brunch and late night club experience by implementing process frameworks and responsive customer service strategies to embed the best practice and behaviours.
- Design, execute and evaluate bar processes and the implementation of policies, procedures and strategies tailored to meet organisational changes, needs and goals/objectives.
- Forecast weekly & monthly rotas and sales. Identify short and long term strategic and financial goals for team members and implement metrics to evaluate performance as an individual and as a team.
- Manage the business aspects of the bar, such as negotiating supplier contracts, weekly inventory reports, reordering supplies, managing budgets, costing out drinks and updating the till system.
- Develop our culture and people skills through training, coaching and team building activities.If you are motivated, proactive and passionate about developing yourself and love working in a buzzing environment this is the perfect role for you.
You would have previous bar management experience as well as a deep understanding of how to run a busy bar. You would strive to deliver operational excellence across the venue and ensure our service standards, cleanliness and team due diligence is carried out each day by educating, inspiring and motivating your team to think for themselves and go above and beyond to deliver a WOW customer experience.
We are searching for an experienced Bar Manager to join our team. Operating in one of Liverpool's most renowned brunch lounge and late night party venues, Jaloux is more than just a night out… we offer an experience people never forget.
Salary: £28,000 -£30,000 - Two days off per week (Sundays & Mondays)
- Weekdays (Admin / planning) 10am-5pm
