Full Job Description

  • We are looking for a Group Lease Accounting Manager to join us in our mission and


  • manage lease accounting reporting, processes, controls and software across the group.


  • This involves working with new acquisitions, maintaining the control environment and providing technical support to accounting teams.


    • Day to day, the Group Lease Accounting Manager will:



  • Ensure complete and accurate reporting of lease accounting information


  • Ensure controls and reconciliations for lease reporting and transaction flows are in place


  • Support the onboarding of lease data major acquisitions


  • Provide technical support on lease accounting (IFRS 16)


  • The role will involve independent working and problem solving as well as line management and backup for lease administrators

    ACA or similar accounting qualification with 2 years post qualified experience


  • Good working knowledge of IFRS 16


  • Experience of working with accounting controls


  • Practical approach to problem solving


  • Attention to detail


  • Can-do attitude, Line management experience


  • Experience working with overseas companies/foreign currencies


  • Use of lease databases


  • Experience conversion from UK / local GAAP to IFRS
