Heating Engineer

As part of the talented Tate Heat team, you'll take pride in your work and go above and beyond for our customers, no matter the size of the job.

Following OFTEC guidelines, you'll be expected to ensure every oil-based system serviced and/or installed is in full working order.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Oil boiler service and installation


• Oil tank installation


• Oil boiler and tank repairs (including emergency)


• Aga/Rayburn cooker service


• Renewable energy installation, such as ground source heat pumps, air source heat pump and solar thermal panels
  
  An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled OFTEC accredited Heating Engineer, with a minimum of 4 years' experience working with oil fired boilers, to join trusted Yorkshire brand, Tate Fuel Oils Ltd., Our ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and dedicated to the role and able to work both independently and as part of a team.


Successful candidates will meet the following requirements:

• OFTEC accredited.


• A minimum of 4 years' experience with oil fired boilers.


• A working knowledge or interest in renewable energy solutions.


• Previous experience or working knowledge servicing AGA/Rayburn cookers.


• Excellent organisational skills.


• Experience dealing with customer queries.


• Experience handling invoices and processing OFTEC/GrantUK certification documents.


• Experience with renewable energy is desired but not essential.
  
  Head office is in Leeds, LS21 - you will be based in North, West, or East Yorkshire.
