Full Job Description

Reporting to the Head of People Ops, we are seeking a talented People Partner to support our team at EKCO. The ideal candidate will have a true passion for HR / People Operations with at least 3-5 years HR experience preferably within high-growth IT environments., You have excellent people skills, be approachable and friendly, with an ability to connect and work amicably with colleagues across all departments.
You will use local employment legislative knowledge and experience to support colleagues and managers alike with day to day HR support
You know how to avail of HR data analytics and HRIS to support our managers and team members across our group
You have an excellent eye for detail, and can create strong documentation and relevant policies for use across the group
You will play an important part in delivery of our ambitious group People Plan. This will involve generalist HR activities as well as key projects in areas such as:
Learning & Development,
Wellbeing & Engagement
Reward Management
Compensation & Benefits
Data protection / GDPR etc

Previous Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Demonstrated experience in handling sensitive information securely and confidentially
Experience working within an International team
Strong knowledge of UK Labor Laws
A self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple work streams at once
Experience in HR data analytics preferable (but not essential) as well as HRIS (HiBob / BambooHR / TeamTailor etc)
Experience with payroll process (non-essential)
