Full Job Description
The Injectables Practitioner is a pivotal role working in STORY Southwell, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and services within the aesthetic practice.
Core responsibilities include:
- Treatment Excellence: Performing aesthetic procedures with precision and expertise, including injectables, laser treatments and skincare procedures, while adhering to industry best practices and safety protocols.
- Patient Consultation: Conducting thorough consultations with patients to understand their aesthetic concerns, goals, and medical history, and recommending personalised treatment plans tailored to their needs and expectations. Ensuring a seamless patient experience from initial consultation through treatment and post-procedure care.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, licensing standards, and clinic policies, as well as participating in quality assurance initiatives to maintain high standards of care and safety.
- Business Development: Collaborating with clinic management to identify opportunities for business growth, such as introducing new treatments, optimising service offerings, and fostering patient loyalty.
- Continuous Learning and Development: Keeping abreast of latest developments, techniques, and trends in skincare and relevant procedures through ongoing education and up-skilling.
Essential - Minimum 1 year of experience with toxin and filler treatments
- A passion for excellence and safety in aesthetics
- Has safety and quality outcomes at the heart of all decision making
- An interest in skincare and skin treatments
- Works within the Code of Conduct of relevant professional body
- Participates in continuing professional development activity to maintain high standards of education - this includes attending our educational training days
- Maintains GMC/NMC/GDC Full Licence to practise (or equivalent Professional Body) and is up to date with Appraisal and Revalidation
- Be a registered prescriber
- Possesses a Level 7 Qualification in Injectables
- Right to work in the UK (unfortunately we are unable to sponsor Visa applications)
