Inventory / Returns Operative

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

• Identifying and reporting any stock discrapancies,taking appropriate action to correct and record conclusions


• Investigate stock discrepancies via WMS and physical warehouse checks (PI).


• Process customer collections in a timely manney,sysmatically and physical


• Responding to adhoc customer requests accurately and promptly i.e. order cancellations, recall report requests, stock enquiries


• Delivering a high quality, customer focused service


• To maintain an accurate stock file and limit stock adjustments
  
  Experience of working within warehouse admin is desirable


• MHE licences an advantage (RT,CB,LLOP)


• Inventory experience an advantage


• IT Literate, with Microsoft Office Packages
