As our IT Support Technician, you will be a key player in ensuring our IT operations run seamlessly and efficiently. Your role will involve a blend of technical support, innovative problem-solving, and engagement with cutting-edge technology.

What You'll Do:

  • Frontline Technical Support: Be the essential first point of contact for all internal IT-related queries and issues, ensuring swift and effective resolutions.

  • PC Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on company PCs, ensuring seamless operation and maximum productivity.

  • Office 365 Management: Provide top-tier support for Microsoft 365 applications, enhancing user experience and efficiency through effective issue resolution.

  • Ticket Response: Manage and resolve IT support tickets with exceptional efficiency, collaborating with other IT staff to maintain high satisfaction levels.

  • Versatile IT Support: Deliver comprehensive troubleshooting and problem-solving solutions for a wide range of IT-related concerns, showcasing your technical expertise.

  • Cable Management: Maintain a meticulously organised cable infrastructure, contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.

  • Innovative Culture: Thrive in a dynamic and innovative culture that values creativity, collaboration, and the relentless pursuit of excellence.

    Problem-Solving Skills: Utilise strong problem-solving abilities to address IT challenges.

  • Diploma of Higher Education (preferred), Technical support: 1 year (preferred)

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
