Full Job Description

· Communicate effectively with solicitors, estate agents, and clients to ensure all parties are informed and up to date.

· Assist with accounting and billing tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

· Coordinate appointments, including managing all correspondence and logistical arrangements.

· Maintain a comprehensive case log and/or file for reference and review purposes.

· Type and file legal documents with precision and efficiency.

· Ensure records are meticulously maintained and up to date.

· Organise diaries and schedules, ensuring all commitments are tracked and met.

· Handle phone calls professionally, directing enquiries as appropriate.

· Prepare paperwork and documentation as required for conveyancing processes.

· Liaise with clients, providing clear and helpful communication.

·Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software.
