Lettings Associate

Community Engagement

• Develop and maintain relationships with residents delivering high levels of customer service.


• Actively engage with residents through various platforms and act on any feedback to improve services.


• Ensuring customer expectations and satisfaction is achieved in line with agreed service level agreements


Lettings

• Pro-actively lead the lettings functions of the building.


• Leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals.


• Managing all paperwork and bookings, updating systems, portals and registration/vetting of applicants.


• Undertaking property viewings and managing the resident experience.


• Promoting properties to applicants using various marketing techniques,


• Undertake a variety of sales administration tasks including reporting.


Financials

• Analysing reports and lettings to determine and communicate price increases.


• Be fully aware of the company financial targets and interpret relevant reports.


• Use of the computerised internal booking and finance package to manage financial information.
  
  Experience in Leasing / Lettings within residential, Build to Rent, student accommodation, serviced apartments, office spaces


• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
