Full Job Description

  • Arranging & managing planned and reactive maintenance

  • Handling calls from tenants & Landlords regarding maintenance issues

  • Instructing and co-ordinating relevant contractors

  • Pre-tenancy property preparation in readiness for key handover

  • Compiling property inventory prior to tenancy start using devices at fast pace

  • Attending property check-ins & check-outs

  • Compiling check-out reports and dealing with deposit disputes and deposit returns

  • Periodic property inspections

  • Property viewings

  • Assisting the Lettings Manager with all aspects of property management

  • General office duties including answering the telephone and effectively handling 'walk in' customers

We require a confident team player with excellent communication skills and lots of energy. We have an extremely busy and vibrant office based in Sutton Village to the East of Hull and are seeking someone to compliment our amazing team. This position offers excellent variation and no 2 days will be the same. We have extremely high standards and whilst training will be provided on our branch systems and procedures, related experience in Residential Lettings & Property Management or related will be looked upon favourably., Candidates must be proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office, be competent on PC's & tablets, have a full UK driving licence and their own transport, possess a professional attitude and excellent time management skills. Keen eye for detail and ability to use devices/tech at fast pace.

    JKT Property are a local Letting Agent based in Sutton-on-Hull. Established in 2002, we are a leading Residential Letting and Property Management company. Currently searching for an enthusiastic & committed individual to join our superb team.

    This is a part time role 28 hours per week (Tuesday to Friday) (Salary pro-rata). Working days - Tuesday to Friday (but can be altered at employers descretion) normal hours 9am until 4.30pm (half hour dinner)
