Full Job Description
- Register applicants, arrange and carry out property viewings, negotiate between landlords and applicants
- Prepare and upload accurate property details, ensuring compliance
- Generate new business opportunities
- Assisting with general Property Management queries
Are you a people person, with a genuine interest in the property market? Do you thrive working within a busy, fast-paced environment, able to prioritise your workload? Would you like to work within an aspirational, ambitious and supportive team?, Prior experience as a Sales/Lettings Negotiator essential - Excellent customer service skills
- First-class written and spoken English
- Full UK driving license and use of appropriate car
