Full Job Description

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to reach targets, take the lead on ensuring all required paperwork and checks are carried out for each tenancy, with the support of your team, whilst complying with all Savills processes, ARLA guidance and statutory legislation.

To achieve these objectives the successful candidate will be required:

  • Deal with incoming calls

  • Applicant care in line with company procedures

  • Efficiently deal with Landlord and Tenant enquiries

  • Effectively registering applicants

  • Meet and greet all people entering the office as appropriate

  • Arranging and carrying out viewings as required and establishing rapport with applicants

  • Provide clear and precise feedback to landlords, tenants and applicants following viewings and updating Reapit with feedback regularly

  • Dealing with Relocation Agents

  • Negotiating the terms of tenancies with landlords and tenants and managing the paperwork

  • Booking in pitches taking all necessary information

  • Assistant our Client Liaison Coordinator with preparing client acceptance

  • Facilitating applicant and client acceptance documentation

  • Accounting to a line manager for all the above

    We're looking for an enthusiastic individual with a can-do attitude to join our established Manchester team.


  • As a Lettings Negotiator, you'll be tasked with agreeing new tenancies by taking responsibility for applicant and tenant management and liaising with and negotiating on behalf of our clients. The role requires the very highest levels of customer service at all times, with an attention to detail and the drive to succeed., We need someone who has a passion for providing excellent customer service; you should have a willingness to go the extra mile to help the team success as well as a proven record of hitting targets.
  • Knowledge of the Manchester area

  • Ability to generate effective social media content and an engage with social media platforms to generate traffic

  • Track record of achieving targets

  • Confident and enthusiastic approach to work

  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team

  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to communicate at all levels

  • Monitor and grow local profile including developing marketing and PR opportunities

  • Existing knowledge and effective use of Reapit, preferable but not essential

  • Be comfortable working with multiple departments, fitting into different teams as required.

  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn

  • Excellent customer service skills
