Lettings Property Manager

To deliver a hands-on end to end property management service to all landlords and tenants.

Highlight business add-on opportunities by means of inventories, gas safety certificates, electrical safety certificates and any other areas advised.

To achieve personal and team targets as agreed by your line manager, specifically surrounding retention, maintenance, safety certificates & customer satisfaction feedback

To promote a customer centric service, focussing on the client's journey and to promote our fully managed service to new and existing landlords.

Manage compliance for all properties on behalf of the landlords & the company.

· Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle

· Lettings Management experience is essential

· Demonstrate an ability to communicate effectively and create trusting relationships with clients and colleagues alike

· A solid knowledge of estate agency legislation

· Strong time management skills are essential to be successful in the role, continually prioritising tasks and working to high demand deadlines

· Excellent IT skills including experience in creating reports via Excel and experience of using a CRM system,

Basic salary - £24,000

· Uncapped commission scheme

· Enrolment on to a level 2 Estate Agent Qualification fully funded

Although the positions are full time, Crucible welcome discussion surrounding flexible/alternative working patterns.
