Manager, Asset Servicing

Organise and plan team workloads in line with market deadlines
Scrutinize data to provide MI to the senior management team.
Manage risk levels within the team to ensure appropriate escalations are performed in a timely manner.
Attend and chair meetings with internal departments and external clients as required.
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with external clients and custodians.
Quickly identify and implement improvements for current systems and processes
Highly focussed to ensure timely resolution of Internal and External Client Queries
Ensures that all Oversight control models and procedures are accurate and up to date
Collaborates with other business areas to implement system changes and process improvements.

Experience of managing multi-disciplinary teams ideally across multiple locations
Experience of dealing with a wide range of employee relations activities.
Strong operational experience in a related financial services discipline.

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Manager, Asset Servicing to join our dynamic Asset Servicing team. Pershing provides a broad range of financial business solutions to investment banks, broker-dealers, wealth managers, financial planners and advisers across EMEA. We provide sophisticated front-end technology and flexible middle office capabilities with execution, settlement and custody services. These are supported by a robust regulatory and compliance framework with dedicated client asset experience and expertise.
