Full Job Description

  • Assist in the implementation of online and offline marketing campaigns across various channels.

  • Manage and update the company's CRM system and support the General Managers with their individual accounts.

  • Assist with the organisation of events and other promotional activities.

  • Support the marketing function with administrative tasks as needed.

  • Assisting on photoshoots.

  • To develop, produce and deliver marketing projects as directed by the Head of Marketing.

  • To maintain a high level of customer service and quality in the delivery of all projects.

  • To ensure appropriate publicity for brands, promotions, events & Brewery activity.

  • Website audits and updates to ensure the content is best in class.

  • To monitor all competitors and keep up to date with changing trends in beers.

  • Support with regular consumer and trade newsletters.

  • Support the Sales Team with POS and marketing materials within agreed budgets.

  • To help organise and attend key consumer and trade events.

  • Data collection and reporting: Gather data from multiple platforms (Meta, Google Ads, GA4, SEO Platforms) for basic report building.

  • Reservations system updates: Update any marketing-related assets.

  • Market research and competitor analysis.

  • Print asset ordering: Order print materials for various sites and Support Office.

    Proficient IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms.

  • Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Good working knowledge of Adobe software for graphic design tasks.

  • Graduate Level or equivalent.

  • 1-2 years' work experience ideally in a marketing/events environment.
