Full Job Description

You'll be joining the Money Communications team, which includes everything from our campaign leads to our creatives. For the most part, your main contacts will be our Senior Paid Media Specialist and our Senior Digital Marketing Specialist. As a team, our job is to make sure our advertising and marketing gets in front of as many pairs of eyes as possible, whether that's in our high street branches or online., The role of Marketing Adviser will support with delivery of engaging and optimised digital marketing activity across Skipton's digital channels, acquisition and social media, whilst supporting the wider marketing team to deliver our marketing plan.Key responsibilities will include

  • Timely & accurate implementation of rate changes, product launches and updates across collateral and digital assets

  • Working with internal stakeholders for social content (e.g. People, Fraud teams) & delivering associated content

  • Supporting the production of all social assets, providing recommendations for future ideas and social channels

  • Briefing our Media agency when updating rates on product marketing activity within SLAs

  • Producing clear briefs and delivery of all assets for digital personalisation

  • Working as part of the digital team to ensure all web pages approved or updated within approval window

  • Supporting with production and supply of print and digital press inline with media plans

  • Ensuring Google My Business up to date

  • Supporting with briefing and reporting on Aggregator activity

  • We are looking for someone who has either experienceof working in UK Financial Services and/or within Marketing. Aside from industry experience we need someone who is proficient in the use of MS Office.

    You will have worked in a professional environment before and be able to evidence working as part of a team whilst possessing the ability to work on your own initiative and to deadlines. Due to the changing nature of the role, you will be adept at prioristing your own workload in line with deadlines and the potential of encountering unexpected requests.

The role of Marketing Adviser can offer hybrid working with 1 day per week based from our Head Office in Skipton, North Yorkshire. The role is a full-time position based on 35 hours per week and for a Fixed Term Contract of 12 months. The salary is up to £27,000 depending on experience. We have a newly refurbished head office which offers a vibrant and collaborative working space.
