Mortgage Broker

· Discuss with clients their financial goals, assessing their mortgage and protection needs and understanding their requirements.

· Service new enquiries from initial appointment to completion.

· Conduct in-depth mortgage assessments and provide expert advice to clients on suitable mortgage products based on their financial circumstances and requirements.

· Going above and beyond for your client and ensuring attention to detail is second to none.

· You will be responsible for dealing with high levels of enquiries on a daily basis.

· Strive to meet and exceed individual targets, work within a motivated sales team driving business growth and maximising commission earnings.

· CeMAP or equivalent and must have attained CAS.

· An induvial that is used to working in a fast-paced environment.

· Proven experience as a Mortgage Adviser, ideally within an estate agency.

· No lender / provider / insurer panel exclusions
