Assist with tasks to support team members effectively.
- Utilize schedules to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

- Assist in a variety of construction based tasks as needed.
- Basic understanding of Plumbing/Roofing systems for operational support.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented person to join our team. You will carry out reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) work, including but not restricted to; carpentry, tiling, roofing, basic plumbing, guttering, decorating, plastering, fault finding, and leak investigations and carry out repairs and/or additional work arising from examinations, Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience in providing exceptional Customer service.
- Ability to maintain equipment and workspaces effectively.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing techniques is a plus.
- Understanding of construction/plastering/carpentry for operational tasks.
- Familiarity with basic Electrical systems is advantageous.

Must have own transport and tools - role is on a self employed basis

Pay: £100.00-£130.00 per day
