Full Job Description

  • Prepare reports on project status, including cost estimates, equipment lists, labour hours worked, materials used, and plant and machinery used.

  • Acting as the point of contact for the company among employees, clients, and other external partners.

  • Use a range of software, including email, spreadsheets, and databases to ensure the efficient running of the office.

  • Manage online and paper filing systems.

  • Design and implement company policies and procedures.

  • Ensure Accreditations are monitored and updated accordingly.

  • Carry out employee inductions and ensure all employee training is reviewed and updated regularly.

  • Ad hoc finance duties and ledger maintenance via QuickBooks.

  • Liaise with accountants regarding employee wages, holiday entitlement and expenses.

  • Order equipment and machinery as and when needed.

  • Any other work required by Managing Director to support the business.

    Ignite Mechanical Contracting Ltd are currently looking for a friendly, capable and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Office Administrator.

    We are able to offer flexible part time work up to 20 hours Monday - Friday.
